About my Web Designs
Why?
As can be observed from my website, I’m not designing websites to make a profit. It is simply in response to Jesus Christ’s command to freely help others. I have been helped so much by the Linux and open-source communities and this is my way of giving back.
The greatest gift that I can give to others is not a website, a portion of my time, or a financial donation. Rather, it is the gift of eternal life. The Bible teaches that all of mankind in sinful and as a result, destined for eternal punishment in Hell. However, Christ died in our place, to take the punishment that we deserved, and now extends eternal life to anyone who asks.

About the Designs
Each design is made using only open-source resources (mainly GIMP and VIM). In addition, they are W3C standards compliant and tested in Opera, Firefox, IE5, IE5.5, IE6, IE7, and Konqueror/Safari. Every design available here for download is given freely with a couple of restrictions.
The designs available for download on this site contain all the XHTML, CSS, images and the GIMP project ( xcf ) files rolled into a tarball. If you have any questions, need web design, or simply need slight tweaks to an existing template, please don’t hesitate to contact me. If I have the time and find the project interesting, I’d be happy to help you out.
The designs presented here are given away for free; you are free to do anything you want with them, as long as it complies with the following restrictions:
- You may freely distribute, but not sell the templates.
- I remain the copyright holder of all my designs; don’t take credit for my work
- If you wish to use a design for a commercial purpose, please contact me to obtain my permission. I don’t charge for commercial usage, but I don’t want my designs to be used on sites which sell adult or offensive products / services.
Although, not required, I would really appreciate a link back to http://www.LinuxLefty.com/ on all pages that the template is used.
